The Veterans’ Hub, its groups & activities and its facilities are open to all veterans of all military services, including Cadet Force, spouses, and carers (where needed). Military Veterans’ Social Gatherings
Tuesdays from 1030hrs
All abilities welcome and we even have a few instruments available for enthusiastic would be musicians to have a go. 60s, 70s and 80s music is the most popular, but Lonnie Donegan seems to give the most pleasure. The band (Line of Duty) performs at various fund raising events but is is purely for the enjoyment of the members, and there is no pressure on members to play in public.

Situated close the Veterans’ Hub, there is a gazebo, Polytunnel and planters suitable for vegetables and a wide range of plants. All tools are on site and available for veterans to use.

Mondays from 1400hrs
A variety of crafts take place from painting (watercolours, acrylic and oil paints). Some equipment is provided. Knitters take on a variety of projects such as knotting poppies, toys and jumpers etc. Feltcraft and working with fabric is also very popular.
